Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rate
We offer Standard Worldwide Shipping for a flat rate of $4.99 USD per order to destinations available at checkout. Free shipping is not offered.

Estimated delivery times
United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Other destinations: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information is provided after fulfillment, where available.

Customs, duties and taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
